Daydream Communications Adds Heather Porter, MBA as Senior Director of Client Services and Operations
Accomplished healthcare marketing leader brings more than two decades of experience to expand the agency's expertise
NORWALK, CONN. (Sept. 17, 2026) - Daydream Communications is proud to announce that Heather Porter, MBA, has joined the team as Senior Director of Client Services and Operations, bringing more than two decades of healthcare marketing leadership to the agency.
Most recently, Heather led marketing and communications for Spectrum Healthcare Partners in Maine and oversaw the marketing consulting service line for Spectrum Management Services Company. Her career also includes a decade as Director of Marketing and Business Development at Silver Hill Hospital and a marketing leadership role within the Yale New Haven Health System at Greenwich Hospital. Throughout her career, she has launched successful service lines and delivered research-driven campaigns that expand market share and deepen community engagement.

Heather holds a BA in Psychology from Saint Joseph College and an MBA in Healthcare Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. She has received multiple industry honors, including Gold and Silver Lamplighter Awards from NESHCo and the Gold Communicator Award of Excellence for Website, Fairfield County Business Journal's "40 under 40" award, and has served on NESHCo's Board of Directors since 2022.
