Katie is a freelance art director and graphic designer based in Norwalk, Connecticut. She graduated from Pratt Institute with a Bachelor of Fine Art degree in Communication Design, focusing on Advertising Art Direction and began her career 18 years ago at Lillian August where she was a graphic design and marketing associate. From there, she moved to an art director role at Moffly Media and conceptualized, designed, and coordinated all cover, feature, and front-of-book packages for Westport Magazine.

She began working on a freelance basis with her first client, MoCA Westport, Museum of Contemporary Art. She designed visual identities for all visual art exhibitions, concert series, and education programming and managed their social media channels.
Today Katie is currently managing the website and social media platforms for Westport School of Music and most recently has partnered with Daydream Communications to produce video content for the statewide “You Think You Know” campaign about counterfeit pills and is now leading the production of a video series for the “Recovery Happens Here” campaign, that was created in collaboration with Daydream Communications and the Connecticut Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services.
